Candle Safety

Place candle in an upright position on a secure, heat resistant surface.

Never leave a burning flame unattended.

Keep candle away from flammable materials, sources of heat, overhanging objects and polished surfaces.

Do not move candles when lit or if the wax is still liquid.

We advise not burning the final 1cm of wax as this could result in the container becoming very hot. However, if you do so, please use additional heat protection beneath the candle.

If the flame exceeds 2cm in height or begins to soot, extinguish the candle, allow to cool and solidify, then trim the wick and relight.

Always trim wick to 5mm prior to lighting. Burn for 4 hours maximum at a time. Keep the wax pool clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring. Snuff out flame. Do not blow out.
